EVALUASI KUALITAS SOFTWARE MENGGUNAKAN ISO 1926-4

Kalam XYZ merupakan aplikasi learning management system (LMS) digunakan dosen dan mahasiswa untuk kegiatan akademik, belum ada evaluasi kualitas sistem LMS diterapkan di XYZ. Evaluasi ini menggunakan metode ISO 1926-4. Hasil yang diperoleh metrik effectiveness 0,84 1,00 artinya kondisi high (H) atau baik, bagian error frequency 0,19 0 baik; productivity task time 12,20 detik 192,19 medium (M). Metrik efficiency 0,86 (86%) 1,56 (156%) efisiensi rendah (L). Productive proportion nilai tertinggi 0,07 (70%) baik 0,54 (54%) medium. Metric safety 7,38 6,29, baik. Pengukuan software demage 7,29 7,08 satisfaction 5,93 medium, 8,25 Nilai hasil tiap metric sebagai dasar rekomendasi perbaikan IT.
